How To Redeem

Our Vendor Portal makes redeeming customer vouchers simple using with the unique voucher code, customer name or QR barcode. If you're having trouble, check out this step by step guide on redeeming vouchers.

Redeem Vouchers on a Computer

Step 1: Log in to our Vendor Portal here

Step 2: Search for a voucher by the unique ‘Voucher code’ or by scanning the QR code (if you have a camera)

Step 3: Select ‘Redeem’ from the status column to redeem the voucher (you can also select ‘Unredeem’ if you need to reverse the redemption)

Redeem Vouchers on a Mobile Phone with the Lux Vendor App

Step 1: Download the Lux Vendor App via the App Store on your mobile device (Android or Apple) Just search for LUX VENDOR and follow the steps to download the app, alternatively follow the links below:

Step 2: Login using your Vendor Portal credentials

Step 3: Simply point the Camera on your mobile device over the QR code on the customers voucher to redeem, alternatively you can enter the full voucher code
