We understand this is a challenging and difficult time for many of our vendors. This page will be kept updated with any further developments.
Customer Refund Policy
We will do our best to work on solutions with our vendors where possible to minimise refunds, such as working with you on extensions of validity, or alternate options to align with current government restrictions. However, if the advertised offer is no longer available to be redeemed, or the offer has changed significantly, we will be required to provide customers with a refund or credit if requested.
Restaurants, Bars and Café’s
If your campaign is still live our team will be in touch with you as soon as possible to discuss further options.
If your campaign is not currently for sale, but the expiry date has not yet passed, we may contact you in regards to extending the expiry date further to allow for the lockdown period.
If your expiry date goes beyond the lockdown period, we will recommend customers hold on to their vouchers to help support their local businesses when these services are able to resume.
Indoor Sports & Activities, Events, Cinemas, Gyms
If your expiry date goes beyond the lockdown period, we will recommend customers hold on to their vouchers to help support their local businesses when these services are able to resume.
If your campaign is due to expire around the lockdown period, we can offer to extend the validity of your campaign through to September 30. If this is possible for your business please let us know, it will give an alternate option to provide our customers.
If your campaign is a dated event or is for a specific period of time (such as School Holidays) we will need to notify customers and assist with refunding their voucher.
All other services
Please keep us updated on any changes to your business, such as trading hours, so that we can amend your campaign information and inform our customers.
